Welcome to Calowly AI. This Privacy Policy explains how Phuparit Aprachitpairin ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Calowly AI mobile application ("App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at support@calowly.com.
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
Your name and email address when you register via email/password.
Information you voluntarily provide, including weight, height, age, gender, activity level, calorie goals, body composition (body fat percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass), measurements, body progress photos, food diary entries, exercise logs, and water intake. This data is used solely to provide personalized coaching.
The App requests camera permission to scan food barcodes and capture progress photos. Photo library access is used to upload food photos for AI-powered nutritional analysis. We do not store or share your images beyond what is needed for in-app features.
Anonymous analytics such as feature usage frequency and crash reports, used to improve the App experience.
Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status only.
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy:
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your health and body data is stored in your personal account only and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Calowly AI offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Open Calowly AI → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account. Deletion is processed immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, follow the instructions at calowly.com/account-deletion. Email-based requests are processed within 7 business days.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at support@calowly.com so we can delete it.
