The rules and agreements that apply when you use Calowly AI.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Phuparit Aprachitpairin ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Calowly AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Calowly AI.
Calowly AI is a personal AI fat loss coaching app that provides food logging, calorie and macro tracking, body composition tracking, intermittent fasting tracking, and AI-generated coaching guidance.
The App is provided for general informational and lifestyle purposes only. It is not a medical device, medical service, or a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle, especially if you have medical conditions, take medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of eating disorders.
To use most features of the App, you need to create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Calowly AI offers paid subscription plans for access to the full features of the App. Available plans are displayed in the App and are subject to change.
New users may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need an active paid subscription to continue using the App. The trial does not auto-convert into a paid subscription unless you complete a purchase.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is billed to the payment method on file with the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your platform store account settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact the relevant platform store.
Subscription prices may change. We will notify you of any price changes through the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The App, including its design, code, content, AI coaching responses, branding, and trademarks, is owned by Phuparit Aprachitpairin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as food photos, progress photos, and personal data). By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display that content within the App for the purposes of providing the service to you.
Calowly AI uses third-party AI services (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to analyze food photos, generate coaching responses, and provide personalized insights. AI-generated content:
You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any AI-generated guidance for your individual situation.
Calowly AI is not a medical app. The information, calorie targets, macro recommendations, fasting schedules, and AI coaching responses provided by the App are for general informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not use the App as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before:
If you experience any adverse health effects, stop using the App and consult a healthcare provider immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, AI-generated responses, or third-party information accessible through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Phuparit Aprachitpairin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phuparit Aprachitpairin from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account) or through our Account Deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will give you notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, and we may delete your account data subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
